Accountant - neg

A well-known Wine Estate in Paarl, is looking for an Accountant.

Requirements:

Bcomm with Financial Accounting

Completed articles (SAICA/SAIPA) or at least between 3 and 5 years of experience.

Ezywine experience preferable but not a requirement

The candidate should be able to apply themselves to various companies on a daily basis

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Full bookkeeping function to trial balance
• Checking and updating of invoices
• Updating of creditors purchase orders
• Debtors and creditors recons
• Posting and reconciling of Bank accounts
• Petty cash managing and reconciling
• Management accounts
• Processing and checking of daily payments
• Preparation for annual audit
• Monthly statements
• Intercompany invoices and payments
• Assisting with annual budgets
• Assisting with cash flow management
