Financial Administrator (Half-day position)

Our client, a dynamic wine estate also involved in the export of plums, situated in Paarl, currently has the abovementioned position available for a detailed, driven individual with excellent communication skills (Afrikaans & English), that can work accurately under pressure.

The successful candidate will report to the Accountant and will be responsible for various financial administrative functions, including: *capturing creditors invoices *reconciling creditors at month-end *processing inventory- & POS journals *assisting with month-end reconciliations (cash and credit card control recons, etc.) *filing *all other administrative and ad hoc tasks related to the position.

Essential skills, qualifications, and experience:
• Matric is a requirement; a relevant tertiary qualification in finance will be to the candidate’s advantage;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position;
• Thorough computer literacy (Pastel Partner & MS Office, specifically Excel);
• Own reliable transport.

Commencement date of duties: As soon as possible
