Job Description:

  • General office administration
  • Record keeping and filing
  • Switchboard
  • Debtors’ management
  • Assisting with customer enquiries
  • Customer quoting and invoicing
  • Fleet administration
  • Equipment rentals administration
  • Petty cash management
  • Health and safety would be advantageous 

Experience required:

  • Pastel Partner  
  • Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience in liquor/hospitality industry would be advantageous
