Our client is looking for a dynamic Restaurant manager.

The responsibilities of the job incumbent include the following functions:

Ensure that the production, preparation & presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times

Proactive problem solving 

Excellent customer service

Know and apply to the restaurant policies and procures for health and safety

Handling customer enquiries and complaints

Have product knowledge (i.e menus & wines) 

Supervise day to day restaurant cash-ups

Assistance in staff rostering in such a way which will impact the success of service demand

Lead and motivate restaurant staff which will impact the success of the Restaurant.

The ideal job incumbent must adhere to the following person specifications:

Diploma in Hospitality Management

Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role 

Computer literacy (MS Word and MS Excel)
