Office Assistant / Admin Assistant

A construction company situated in Paarl area seeks to employ an Office Assistant / Admin Assistant to assist in processing and collating of general admin functions. We are looking for an honest, hardworking, enthusiastic, reliable candidate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to be appointed in the above-mentioned position.  

The ideal candidate must have the following experience:

* General Office Administration/reception duties

* Liaise / communicate with Site Manager and owners

* Preparing and maintaining documentation


* Previous work experience in an office environment

* Excellent telephone manner

* Grade 12 and Certificate / Diploma in Office Administration

* Strong administration and organisation skills

* Computer literate - in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel

* Bilingual – Afrikaans & English – excellent writing and communication skills

* Neat, presentable and well-organised

* Must have own transport
