  • Completed tertiary qualification in Culinary Arts
  • Min 2 years previous experience gained as a Commi Chef
  • Previous working experience gained within a 5* working environment will be highly beneficial
  • Excellent references
  • Must be fluent in English



·         The Chef De Partie supports the Lodge and Kitchen Management teams to develop & provide authentic, innovative & creative dishes to guests.


·         The Chef De Partie actively develops and displays the level of competence, professionalism and excellence that is expected

             at the lodge at all times.


·         Supports the kitchen management team to ensure that the kitchen operations are ready to cater for guests at any time during the normal operating hours, as and when required.



·         The Chef De Partie actively trains & develops Jnr kitchen staff as and when required & develops their specialization, skills and knowledge about authentic and innovative cuisine.


Hospitality hours / Shift work applies:  11 Days on / 3 days off
