Prestigious establishment based in the Stellenbosch area has a vacancy for a Chef to commence duties asap.

Reporting to the Head and Sous Chef, the incumbent will be required to assist with creating spectacular dishes for their upmarket clientele.  It is essential that the chef has knowledge and experience of the latest trends in the preparation of food.   Duties will also include:

  • Ensuring that Health and quality standards are adhered to
  • Designing new dishes
  • Stock control
  • Ensuring an amicable working environment
