PA to CEO - WOSA

A vacancy exists within WOSA, based in Stellenbosch.  The successful candidate will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will amongst other, be responsible for:

  • Office administration – compiling and distributing of newsletter, maintaining and improving the filing system, typing, diary management, screening of telephone calls, setting up of meetings, minute-taking, general admin support to the team
  • Travel arrangements – arranging and coordinating local and international travel, accommodation and other arrangements, applying for Visas and preparing the intenaries
  • Financial administration
  • Customer Service
  • PA and secretarial support to the CEO
  • Ad hoc tasks

Requirements - Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • A Business Administration or Secretarial qualification
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced level of Computer skills in MS Office and detailed knowledge of Outlook, Adobe and Internet
  • A valid code EB driver’s license
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Accuracy, planning, organizing, time management and financial admin skills
  • Good interpersonal relationships
  • Sound communication skills, client orientated and the ability to take ownership
  • The ability to function independently as well as in a team
  • A positive, energetic and professional individual
  • Knowledge and/or exposure to an accounting package and experience in the wine industry will be advantageous
