Feedback from previous Winemaking Assistants:

"Contributing to a harvest at Lourensford, not only made me a better winemaker by working with MCC, amphoras, etc. but also improved me as a person." - USA Winemaker

“I had a chance to work for Lourensford Winery. It was one of my best experiences in winemaking." - FRENCH Winemaker

“Working at Lourensford, you get the opportunity to really focus on an expertise, as well as see and learn all of the other aspects of the winery. The winery is big enough they make and do a little of everything, but not too big that they lose sight of their employees and the quality of their wines. The winemakers are all very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with; as even with the long hours and hard work, I couldn't have asked for a better winemaking and learning experience.” - USA Winemaker

“Working at Lourensford winery has given me a unique opportunity to take part in all aspects of the winemaking process, this combined with their world-class team and very knowledgeable Winemakers one can truly see and take part in making premium wines, all this provided me with an invaluable learning experience about winemaking and leadership. I am truly honoured and blessed to have taken part in several harvests at Lourensford over the years.” - RSA Winemaker
