Our client is a leading citrus producer and they currently have an opportunity for a dynamic, energetic and experienced Estate Manager to join their management team in the West Coast area.

The main duties of the position are: 

  • Production management and planning
  • Staff management
  • Irrigation management
  • Chemical program management
  • Fertilizer program management
  • Quality management
  • Systems and administration management
  • Environmental management
  • Management of new capital and orchard development 


  • Grade 12 with a B. Sc or similar agricultural qualification
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in citrus cultivation
  • Ability to function in matrix structure and take initiative
  • Knowledge and experience in relevant accreditation and latest practices
  • Computer literacy (Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and take initiative
