Braxton Group, an International Consulting Company in people and development management, has an exciting opportunity available which allows a well organised individual to be part of our Consulting Implementation Team in Stellenbosch. Should have been part of previous organisational development and improvement projects and initiatives and demonstrate the ability to design and implement change initiatives. The successful candidate will get extensive exposure to various aspects of professional Organisation development and HR management practices including performance management, talent management and 360 assessments.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client’s needs & queries
  • Develop and manage client project plans
  • Manage the workflow between software developers and consultants/project managers in order to improve the quality and speed of delivery
  • Act as the custodian for quality specifications and scheduling of work
  • Can do ad-hoc specifications where and when required
  • Able to do research work
  • Design professional presentations

      Client Relationship management

  • Client support (Email and Telephonic Queries)
  • Support the Consulting Implementation Team
  • Standard reporting per reporting schedule (Daily, Monthly and Quarterly)
  • Software testing
  • Data capture (if required by client)

Design and support re the implementation of:

  • Training and development material
  • Performance management agreements and reviews
  • Personal development plans
  • Talent Management

Use of HR Tools and Technology

  • Surveys (Engagement; Team effectiveness; Culture surveys etc.)
  • 360 Assessments
  • Competency Reviews
  • Performance Agreements
  • Performance Reviews 
  • Training Needs assessments
