Pierneef á La Motte in the Franschhoek Valley requires a Pastry Chef who is passionate about the culinary art of pastry and heritage cuisine.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: * developing modern Cape Winelands pastries * preparing pastries and bread for clients * kitchen inventory and stock management 

Applications are awaited from persons who comply with the following: *a degree or diploma in culinary arts * 2 years’ experience in a similar position * able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * willingness to work on scheduled weekends and public holidays
