We are on the hunt for an experienced Snr CDP / Sous Chef  with strong organisational skills.This Boutique Property, situated in Somerset West, offers Luxurious Accommodation, World class Spa Facilities and Two Eateries that promise culinary excellence

 

Responsibilities and Minimum Requirements

. *A diploma in professional cookery and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position * strong leadership ability * excellent timekeeping and focussed * strong inventory cotrol *  driver’s license and own reliable transport.

 

Key duties and responsibilities

Daily mise-en-place * Maintain control of stock * maintain health, hygiene and safety requirements * orders * proper food storage and rotation * part-take in training of kitchen staff/chefs * maintaining food cost controls * any other duties related to this position * extreme attention to detail.

 

Remuneration

R10 000 – R14 000 pm

 

Start Date

February 2020
