WarwickWine estate is looking for an HR Manager with 3-5 years relevant experience. Agricultural experience is a benefit. Market related salary

Job And Qualification Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or similar.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar Human Resources position
  • Managing misconduct, incapacity, dispute resolution and related procedures
  • Experience with various laws (BCEA, LRA, UIFA, SDA, SDLA, EEA, OHASA, COIDA, POPI etc.)
  • Monitor, influence and control recruitment and selection practices
  • Proactively influence and manage the status of talent
  • Facilitate and manage all employee development
  • Monitor, influence, and control performance management practices
  • Influence and advise on the correct application of employee relations policies, procedures, collective agreements, and legislation
  • Ensure compliance to payroll, employee benefits and salary administration procedures
  • Translate and transform culture processes into desired specific behaviours
  • Proactively drive change initiatives
  • Job Design, Recruitment, Selection and Placement
  • Designing and writing HR policies, procedures, offers and contracts of employment
  • Payroll and payroll procedures
  • Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional experience preferred
