Our client the Boland is in need of a digital marketing Coordinator. The successful candidate should live and breathe digital marketing and be a highly creative thinker.  We are looking for a digital marketing manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels and manage the digital footprint.  The candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution and create imaginative engaging content.  The digital manager will work closely with the marketing manager and supporting teams such as programmers and direct sales teams.  Understanding of the wine and hospitality industry is required.

Essential function and requirements

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure new marketing projects.
  • Collaborate with supporting teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience and manage website.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies.  Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Copy writing (newsletters, webpages, blogs, etc)
  • Email marketing


  • Higher level qualification in marketing or related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrate experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in devising digital campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of all social media platforms and management thereof
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements
  • Facebook/Social media qualifications/certification advantageous
  • Wine and-or hospitality experience advantageous
