Our client in Stellenbosch is looking to appoint an Procurement Clerk.

Requirements:

Computer literate with decent knowledge of Excel and Word.

Experience in Procurement.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Solid understanding of supply chain concepts and supplier analysis methods

Main Responsibilities:

Quotations and supplier sourcing
Procurement of goods and services 
Logistics arrangements via Couriers when needed
Tracking of open orders and ensuring invoices are posted to financial system

Create and maintain computerized database of supply purchase orders, goods delivered, quality of products, current inventory and future order scheduling.

Verifying quantity and quality of incoming shipments, checking invoices for accuracy and working with vendors as necessary to resolve any discrepancies.

To start immediately: Salary depending on experience (R13 000.00 - R15 000.00)
