Seeking a Creditors Clerk

A Wine farm in the Franschhoek area seeks to employ a Creditors Clerk for a group of companies. We are looking for an honest, hardworking and reliable candidate to be appointed in the above mentioned position.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
• Computer literate ( specifically MS Word & Excel, Navision will be an advantage)
• Must have own transport
• Good communication skills
• Must be willing to work in a team
• Good numeracy skills
• Tertiary qualification in Finance  will be beneficial
• 2 years experience within the role

Duties include:

• Invoice processing
• Issuing order numbers to various departments
• Opening new suppliers on the system , completing credit applications
• Assist with reconciliations for each supplier
• Ensure that invoices are processed within the correct time line / deadline
• Dealing with payment queries from suppliers , follow up on outstanding documentation for month end / deadline purposes
• Ensure that departments adhere to the purchase procedure

Salary : Market Related
