Our client in the wine industry, based Wellington, is seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant.

  • Payroll
  • Petty cash
  • Vehicle licensing - renewal and administration
  • Monthly vehicle efficiency
  • Stock reconciliations
  • ESKOM meter readings and data capturing
  • Asset registers
  • Wine MS data processing
  • Farm chemical application controls
  • Facilitate annual BBBEE audit
  • General Office administration and filing

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • At least 3 years relevant experience
  • Knowledge and experience of Sage Evolution, Wine MS and VIP payroll
  • Excellent administrative skills 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills , written and verbal
  • Accuracy and detail attitude
  • Good time management
  • Code 8 driver’s license with own transport
