A world-renowned estate in Franschhoek is seeking an innovative, multi-tasking Administrator to oversee the administrative operations within the Company.

The successful candidate must be an experienced candidate, able to work under pressure, be meticulous with attention to detail, assertive and a team player.

Skills required:

  • Manage the Company Administrative day-to-day functions and provide support to Management with regards to various ad-hoc duties.
  • Co-ordinate and Manage office activities and operations to secure efficiency, compliance to Company Policies and Procedures, Government Legislation, Health and Safety, Maintenance requirements and benchmarking professional standards.
  • Reporting, managing, coaching organising and maintain good communication channels.
  • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
  • Support the Financial Division as well as the HR division in various administrative functions.

Qualifications required:

  • Matric
  • Certificate/Diploma in Office Administration
  • Be able to work on Microsoft Office packages
  • Health and Safety Experience
  • Only Candidates from the age of 35 and over to be considered
  • Commencement date: 1 May 2019
  • Salary : R12 000 - R15 000 per month subject to experience
