We are looking for a enthusiastic all rounder who is meticulous and consistent with organizing, planning and overseeing company procedures for our Wine Hub. 

Duties And Responsibilities Will Include But Not Limited:
• Reception Duties 
• General Admin duties (Wine related duties - SAWIS etc.)
• Data Capturing (Stock record keeping)
• Stationery & General Purchases
• Orders for Distribution & Dispatch
• HR (Managing leave for staff)

Requirements:
• Must be computer literate and extent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel - Pivot Tables, Word, PowerPoint and One Drive)
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Trustworthy & loyal
• Own Vehicle Required
• Should be preferably living in the Helderberg Area 
• Eager Learner

Candidate should have a minimum of 2 Years experience in a similar role.
