Accounts (Debtors) Clerk

Our client, one of the regions’ top Agricultural establishments, is looking for an experienced Finance Clerk with solid knowledge of Debtors for their Administrative office located in Prince Alfred Hamlet in the Witzenberg Municipality area of the Western Cape.  The suitable incumbent will form part of their dynamic Finance team and will report to the Financial Accountant.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Debtors function
  • Stock control and balancing
  • Sourcing, processing and updating of production information
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Connecting with clients and producers
  • Diverse administrative tasks

Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 Years’ experience in a Debtors role (preferably within the Agricultural industry)
  • Ability to promote strong interpersonal relationships
  • Above average computer skills in Excel and Pastel
  • Strong time management skills
  • Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English
  • Living in or near the role’s location (or willing to relocate to area)

Salary on offer:

  • Our client offers a CTC package of up to R240 000 per annum
