Office Manager at Winery

We are looking for a dynamic, organized and energetic office manager to complete our team! 


  • Receptionist and PA tasks including answering the telephone, organize meetings, maintain calendars, respond to emails, general administrative task to support the team
  • All documentation, packing and dispatching of local wine orders
  • Upkeep and organisation of the wine warehouse as well as the office
  • Stock take
  • Basic bookkeeping task on Pastel including posting of invoice and receipts, issuing Quotes and POs, managing basic accounting tasks (including reconciliation), plan cash flow and load payments
  • General Admin task such as account applications, tax clearance, import/export documentation, etc
  • Book and organize business travel and visas
  • Assisting the Director with general admin related duties

Sales Support 

  • Constantly updating client database
  • Monthly order follow up with clients
  • Ensure timely and continuous communication with clients
  • General Sales and Sales Support admin tasks
  • Maintain Customer Relationship database and ensure monthly reporting
  • Plan, coordinate and manage marketing activities such as conferences and tradeshows including all administrative tasks such as application, stand building, logistics, catering, material, etc.


Tertiary education or equivalent work experience

Interest in wine

Pastel and Excel experience

3-5 years of Office Manager experience

Very good verbal and written command of English and (ideally) fluent in Afrikaans

Driver’s License (car)

Good references

Strong interpersonal skills, excellent team player

Organizational talent with dedication to detail
