Early Childhood Development Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • manage and coordinate toy library facilities in various communities
  • implement and manage systems based on technology platform
  • provide CEO with monthly reports
  • manage relationships with staff and fieldworkers
  • manage relationships with ECD principals and external stakeholders
  • training of staff and ECD principles
  • interpret data gathered by field staff to support and better implementation strategies
  • planning and compiling of budgets
  • expense tracking and reporting
  • basic administrative functions

Applications are awaited from persons who comply with the following:

  • five years’ experience in a similar position
  • relevant tertiary qualification
  • attention to detail and able to work under pressure
  • leadership skills and excellent organisational ability
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • the ability to effectively manage a team of people
  • excellent problem solving skills
  • advanced computer skills

Commencement of duties: January 2020
