Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Ordering food supplies and all kitchen supplies.
  • Making food for restaurant as well as functions and buffet menus.
  • Calculation of prices of menus.
  • Design of menu for functions.
  • Ordering and receiving stock on Ezywine.
  • Facilitate and partake in stock takes.
  • Designing shift patterns for kitchen staff.
  • Cleaning of the grill.
  • Design of kiosk menu.
  • Oversee kitchen staff in their daily duties.
  • Apply function planning in kitchen.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12.
  • Preference will be given to candidates studying towards a culinary qualification
  • No criminal record.
  • Own reliable transport and valid Driver’s Licence is required.
